As Office Manager, Heidi’s primary goals are to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment and to deliver outstanding customer service to WollackLewitz’s many wonderful clients.

Heidi’s exceptional organizational skills come from more than 20 years of administrative experience in a wide range of fields which include publishing, events planning, graphic arts, private banking, and academia.

Heidi joined WollackLewitz as a temp at the start of the 2020 tax season and was delighted to return the following year, eventually joining permanently as Office Manager in September 2021. Heidi also serves as our in-house notary for all of your signature needs.

Before moving to the shoreline, while raising her now-grown children, Heidi enjoyed a career as a piano teacher at her own piano studio and at Greenwich Academy School.
